These artworks reimagine the iconic French marinière — the white and blue striped garment traditionally worn by sailors. They transform the classic pattern into a pixelated rendition, incorporating layers of curvy stripes reminiscent of ocean waves. They are not only a tribute to the timeless pattern but also an innovative exploration of digital art techniques, reinvigorating the marinière’s visual language while retaining its nostalgic and reassuring charm.
